THE IMPORTANCE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE MODERN BANKING SYSTEM

Summary

The article discusses the problem of corporate social responsibility from several perspectives, in terms of the state, commercial banks, their customers, and employees. The importance of social responsibility of banks as well as it’s consumers for the stability of the financial system in terms of deposit insurance is discussed. The article presents the special importance of motivation of the bank, the employee involved in customer service, and in turn, it’s socially responsible attitude. The actions of the National Bank are discussed in support of the financial stability of commercial banks in terms of raising public confidence.
